The Decision of the Panel is taken by a majority of its members.  The DRSP provides in writing within 3 calendar days, the Decision of the Panel to the Disputing Parties, the Registrar and ICANN.
The DRSP shall publish all portions of the Decision, including its’ implementation date, and the Panel Determination of a Bad Faith complaint if applicable.
The date of implementation of the Decision is provided by the Registrar to the Disputing Parties, the DRSP, and ICANN.
