Administrative Compliance

Administrative Compliance shall include:

ACDR shall determine the following Administrative Issues:

•    Whether there is a Dispute Resolution contract with the Complainants’ Registrar.
•    If a party/entity has a contractual agreement with a Registrar, it is obligated to pursue Dispute Resolution.
•    Was the appropriate and accurate information of Registrant and Registrar provided by the parties.
•    In furtherance of Administrative Compliance, were the time frames accurately conformed to.
•    Whether Proceedings are conducted on-line and are communicating effectively.
•    Did the Center appoint a Case Administrator to handle solely the administrative matters relating to the Proceedings.
